  Ultimate Package - $399          
Our Ultimate Package provides the most accurate estimate of value with is based on a full appraisal. We select an extremely well qualified appraiser from our premier panel of appraisers who are all certified appraisers with a minimum of 5 years experience appraising properties of your type in your local area. The comprehensive selection process insures that you will not have some inexperienced appraiser from 30 miles away show up to attempt to value your property. The appraisal will include and interior and exterior inspection of the property, floorplan based on actually physical measurement of your property and a comprehensive analysis of all the most recent sales and listings in your area*.

This package includes our valuable 60 page DIY manual and forms plus a detailed market value report which draws data for numerous sources using a proprietary analysis model which we developed to provide as accurate a value as possible without completing a full appraisal

We will represent you at the County Board of Equaization to present your tax case for an additional cost of  $100 plus 25% of the 1st year’s tax savings we secure on your property. Total cost = $150 plus 25% of the 1st year’s tax savings we secure on your property.

  *Jurisdictions vary in their valuation requirements. Most establish your date of valuation as of the 1st of January of the tax year. Our appraisers are all experienced and well versed in the requirements of each jurisdiction. Supplying data which supersedes the data of valuation is the number one mistake most owners make when fighting their own appeal. It is also critical to supply active listing data. While an active listing cannot be used as a comparable sale – it can be used to prove what the property is not worth. In the case of a tax appeal, this information is often invaluable.
